Core Priorities for Tracy

• Accountability in City Government, Mayor & Council
  Promote transparent decision-making, open meetings, Less closed meetings as per Minnesota charter laws, clear budgeting, and regular public reporting so residents know how tax dollars are spent.

• Accountability on our City Administrator                        Conducting real-estate business actions on the tax payers money. Failure to properly address concerns citizens present to him.

• Accountability on our Police Chief                                        Failure to properly submit crimes & complaints presented to him & the District Attorney. Irregular working hours while on salary, and has a history of being home more than working during department head daytime hours. 

• Clean Up Corruption and Waste
  Support independent audits, stronger ethics standards, competitive bidding, and oversight to prevent favoritism, misuse of funds, or unnecessary spending.

• Lower Taxes Where Possible
  Focus on reducing unnecessary expenditures, prioritizing essential services, and finding efficiencies before increasing property taxes or fees.

• Affordable Water and Utility Rates
  Review utility operations, infrastructure spending, debt obligations, and administrative costs to identify ways to stabilize or reduce water and sewer rates while maintaining reliable service. Long-term utility rate stabilization plans

• Fiscal Responsibility
  Balance long-term infrastructure needs with disciplined budgeting, avoid reckless debt, build reserves responsibly, and ensure every project delivers measurable value to residents. 

• Corrective repairs on video & audio technology for City Council meetings & Public meetings.
